Job Posting:Mar 7, 2019, 11:10:19 AM Summary Provide primary coordination between field personnel, customers, and service center. Schedule manpower and equipment to maximize productivity. Position is mentally demanding, requiring coordination of many activities at once. Provide assistance to manager as directed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: oProvide primary coordination between field personnel, customers, and service center.oDevelop daily schedules for all field personnel.oCoordinate with field personnel the required test equipment for job.oProvide technical direction to clients and field personnel.oRespond to customer administration and service requests; quote jobs within limits of authority.oMaintain shop inventories: shop supplies, job materials, data sheets, etc. Coordinate shop work and other overhead activities. (If service center does not have a shop technician.)oMaintain equipment asset list and tool check-out system. (If service center does not have a shop technician.)oWork with Manager and field engineers to develop weekly invoicing and monthly status reports.oOther duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience ?Graduate of applicable Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent and six years field engineer or related experience.?Good customer liaison and a high degree of communication and strong organizational skills.?Strong computer skills including editing, formatting and using templates in Microsoft Word, use of Internet for standards/products/manufacturer research, and operation of computer controlled test equipment.?Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, use hands and fingers at computer, reach with hands and arms; talk and hear on the telephone. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.?Valid Drivers License.
