About Your Role

Dotdashs People Coordinator is someone who thrives working in a fast paced, forward thinking environment. You embrace change, enjoy interacting with key stakeholders and solving problems. About Your Contributions

  • Own full-cycle recruiting coordination duties including scheduling, managing onsite candidate experience, coordinating candidate travel and assisting with recruiting events where needed
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new team members and promote a positive new hire experience which includes collection of necessary documentation and benefits overview; partner with business leaders to continue evolution of onboarding
  • Own wellness events with an eye for program improvement and a finger on the pulse of the success of events
  • Support and empower People programs and processes - you are comfortable being the go-to person for employee assistance
  • Eager to lend ideas and support to special projects (internal community events, presentations, HR systems, and more)
  • Partner with the People Manager on employee relations, build relationships across the company and know when to dig in and escalate problems
  • Partner with Talent on recruiting projects on an as-needed basis
  • Partner with IT and Facilities on creating a world-class experience for new team members
  • About You

  • 1-3 years in People operations or talent acquisition
  • Highly organized problem-solver who loves to get into the details and make things the best they can be
  • Positive outlook, flexible, adaptable, and excited to learn
  • Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work effectively with all types of people at all levels
  • Bachelor degree required
