Are you living your life's work? **Position Description** : The Retirement Specialist administers retirement plans, primarily a defined benefit pension plan. Maintains participant and accounting records, ensures plans are compliant with federal laws and regulations, and coordinates retirement plan activities with other departments. Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter. **Minimum Requirements** : Bachelor's degree required and at least one year of experience in pension administration or a related area. Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) is preferred.
