We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work as an Intake Coordinator and partner with our Intake Clinicians as we open the first hospital of it's kind in our area.
The Intake Coordinator - RN is responsible for coordination of assessments of incoming patients with Counselors, coordinates Doctor's assessments, and initiates the admission process. The Intake Coordinator provides technical assistance to the discharge planning process, under the direction of the Director of Intake Services.
Education: Degree from an accredited nursing program
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in a mental health setting; Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Additional Requirements: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Washington State. CPR, First Aid, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation certification
