Services to be performed:
  • The qualified candidate needs to have strong project management and admin support skills who can work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client is planning to launch new business in many countries and must first complete a product compliance approval process.
  • This requires gathering the requirements from our engineering design team, working with our manufacturers and 3rd party certification agencies to coordinate product certification for our IT and related equipment, and then apply for import licenses.
  • Client has over 2000 equipment, 25 manufacturing suppliers, and 5 product certification agencies across 24 time zones that we need to coordinate with for a new region launch.
  • The majority task of this job is to manage equipment list, coordinate with suppliers, file import licenses.
  • Create and compile equipment bill of material tracker.
  • Create and maintain metrics and dashboards.
  • Document review; comparison of data from one source to another; identifying missing data elements; data entry; maintaining spreadsheets; submit applications and requests via online web portals.
  • Ability to learn and master at different online web portals.
  • Engage with manufacturers to obtain equipment test reports.
  • Document meeting notes and follow up with action items.
  • Host and facilitate supplier meetings.
  • Host internal stakeholder meeting.
  • File government application.

  • Required Skills :
  • Supply chain knowledge.
  • Ability to capture meeting notes and summary in a real time during the meeting.
  • Great people skill to follow up action items with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn and master at different online web portals.
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skill.

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to understand regulations; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • International business and import / export knowledge.
